Statement from the GREAT USA Coalition on the Release of DHS Funding

Washington, D.C. — The GREAT USA Coalition welcomes the Department of Homeland Security’s decision to move forward with the release of critical federal security funding for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This action ensures that host cities across the United States will have the resources they need to safely welcome millions of visitors to what will be one of the largest sporting events in history.
