Washington, D.C. – Today marks 100 days until the FIFA World Cup kicks off in the United States, and excitement is building nationwide as we prepare to welcome the world’s fans.
Our host cities are readying for millions of visitors, and to showcase America’s world-class venues, vibrant communities, and unmatched hospitality. This historic tournament will create jobs, support local businesses, and unite fans through the shared love of the game. The World Cup bridges the successful 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympic Games with the excitement for another major global milestone—the 2028 Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
We appreciate the Trump Administration’s leadership in support of this landmark event, including decisive coordination on security and updates to visa processing to facilitate international travel. As White House FIFA World Cup 2026 Task Force Executive Director Andrew Giuliani noted, “It’s an incredible opportunity to show off America over our first 250 years; truly American exceptionalism and the hope and promise of our next 250 years to the platform that really is the world.”
Tickets are on sale now, and fans can find more information and purchase passes here: TICKETS & HOSPITALITY
With 100 days to go, preparations are in full swing. We look forward to delivering a safe, seamless, and unforgettable World Cup that reflects the very best of the United States!
